The Imperial Assembly, often simply called as the Assembly is the chief unicameral legislative and judicial arm of the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company. Only Directors and Company Members are allowed to speak in them - however the proceedings of the Imperial Assembly are made public and anyone in the UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company Discord may view the entire chat and can even give their opinions outside of it.
The Assembly's primary role has been to resolve issues in which the UTC considers as rather "unclear" or of "Company interest", and to discuss a common, united intention, policy and strategy to deal with the issue. Secondary roles involve asking or proposing ideas or policies to be implemented which may just be gauging the popularity of a decision and finally, voting in current Company Members and putting Company Members in any judiciary process.
